Our SUP yoga sessions are inspired by Integral Vinyasa and are suitable for all skill levels, from absolute beginners to advanced yoga practitioners or even acro yoga lovers who want to take their practice to a whole new level and try acro yoga on the board.

Doing yoga on a paddleboard intensifies and enhances your yoga workout. It requires extra balance, which makes the workout even more challenging.

The serenity and tranquility of being on your 'sea mat' makes a nice combination that goes hand in hand with the meditative nature of yoga. Classes are held in our beautiful, sheltered Bonj Bay, which is a perfect location for SUP yoga.

Is SUP Yoga suitable for beginners? Absolutely! Classes are adapted to your level. It is a fun activity where you get a chance to test your balance stamina and try something new and exciting.



  • SUP yoga lesson (per hour): 50 EUR per person
Minimum 4 persons per group
