Discover and practice SUP yoga with us
You do yoga and want to try Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boards? Or you have some experience with SUP and want to try a yoga class? Or maybe you are familiar with both, but you didn't experience it combined. You can join a Hatha yoga class guided by our certified yoga instructor Ivana to build strength and flexibility whilst helping to develop a strong foundation. It will also improve your balance on a Stand Up Paddle board and you will discover the healing power of practicing yoga on the fluid element - water. You can join our SUP yoga classes on Sunday from 08:00 to 10:00am on Bonj beach in front of Amfora hotel. For groups larger than 3 people and booked at least 2 days in advance, we offer additionally the yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 to 10:00am. Price is 150 HRK per person.
